Good question!
Unlike the supermarkets, we are the producers, we don't have any middle men to pay for expenses like transport, storage, labour etc.
Our overheads are minimal because our honey comes directly from our Flow hives, into a 20 kg honey harvest bucket and the same day it's harvested I dispense it by hand into 1kg and 500 gram tubs. I put the labels on and that's it!
